SHIPPING AND RETURN OF GOODS
Deliveries on www.tessituraparditodi.com are made through Express courier at variable cost based on weight starting from 7.00 euros and up to 39.90 euros only for shipments in Italy.
For abroad, the most convenient rate for the customer will be applied based on the item shipped.
Delivery times for items ordered vary according to availability and ai actual shipping times . They are estimated to be around 3 days from shipment ( 4 days for major islands and Calabria). In the event that the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the warehouse at the time of the order, the goods will be sent as soon as possible, however approximately within 5 days working.

If the Customer wishes the goods to travel covered by an insurance policy against robbery, theft or loss, the accessory cost of the service is € 9.00 for orders up to € 3000.00 including VAT.
For orders of higher value, the cost of the insurance coverage will be indicated in the order confirmation.
Where the customer desires insurance coverage, he must indicate this intention in the notes to the order.
Delivery of goods and customer duties
At the time of delivery of the goods through the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the waybill or transport document or accompanying invoice,
- that the original packaging is intact, not altered even as regards the closure tapes.
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Damage to Goods
Weaving Pardi TODI offers its customers insurance for all shipments in Italy and abroad. However, the insurance will be responsible for the accident (damage, theft, loss) only in the presence of the following requirements:
the Customer upon delivery of the goods finds tampering, damage to the package and / or breakages must immediately:
1) DURING THE RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, SIGN WITH SPECIFIC CONTROL RESERVE, NOTING THE DAMAGES VISIBLE ON THE PACKAGE IN DETAIL.
2) SEND THE DETAILED REPORT OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE EVENT BY EMAIL.
In the event that the customer does not collect the ordered goods in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same order will be canceled and will be charged. shipping and / or storage costs.
For each order placed on www.tessituraparditodi.com, Weaving Pardi TODI issues a receipt for the material shipped.
If an invoice is requested by the Customer, the delivery can be made by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000.

The costs of delivery, goods insurance, are charged to the customer and are clearly stated in the order confirmation. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order.
No responsibility can be attributed to Weaving Pardi TODI . in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
For the return of the object, you make: either the refund of the payment, or a discount voucher or the exchange with an identical / similar object within 14 days of purchase. Transport costs are borne by the buyer. Returns after the established deadline are not accepted. The refund will be made only if the goods are intact and in their original packaging.
